Katie brings a wide-ranging wealth of experience to your company that is unparalleled in the market. After holding executive HR roles in tech, healthcare, and finance worldwide, for over ten years, Katie decided to pursue her passion for venture capital and startups by building HR departments from the ground up.
Katie has experience dealing with Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness & Design, Benefits & Compensations & Total Rewards Creation, Executive Coaching, HR Analytics, and Professional Development. She is a DEI expert in the field.
Katie graduated from Columbia University and holds the PHR and PHRca certification as well as Wharton’s HR Analytics program and Dartmouth Tuck School of Business for Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
