As 2025 comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to reflect, with gratitude for the founders, operators, hiring leaders, and candidates who trusted us this year.

This was a year defined by transformation across the hiring landscape: AI moved faster, global expansion accelerated, and teams were under more pressure than ever to hire better, not just faster. Through it all, our focus stayed the same: build a search experience that is fast, human, and aligned with your goals.

🚀 We implemented AI—so we could spend more time with humans

AI continues reshaping the recruiting world, and we embraced the right tools to enhance clarity, speed, and sourcing accuracy. But most importantly: these tools give us more time with clients and candidates, not less.

Many leaders worry that agencies not loudly advertising “AI” are behind. The truth? It’s not about replacing human judgment, it’s about elevating it. We’re proud to combine intelligent tooling with the deeply human work of recruiting.

🤝 We launched our RPO offering to Startups

This year we introduced a seamless RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service—functioning as the internal recruiting team for startups that need consistency, organization, and speed. We centralize searches, streamline communication, and build repeatable, high-quality processes.

🌍 We expanded our global footprint

From early-stage startups to scaling international teams, we supported more clients with global operations than ever before. Talent needs don’t stop at borders, and neither do we.

🧡 We grew our Human Resources practice

​Our HR team stepped into deeper strategic roles this year, functioning as the HR department for clients across the U.S. and globally. 2025 HR support included:
